On Thursday, November 16th, NCVLI Executive Director Meg Garvin will present Victims' Rights: Past, Present and Future at the 35th Annual Conference on Crime Victims' Issues.

The National Crime Victim Law Institute's 4th Annual Voices for Justice Reception highlights the progress in protecting, enforcing and advancing victims' rights and  celebrates regional leadership.  It is a great way to discover how individuals, families and communities benefit when victims' voices are heard and their legal rights are protected.

  Join Meg Garvin, Executive Director of the National Crime Victim Law Institute, on April 27th for a workshop on creating a foundation for advocacy at first contact with victims. Presented in association with the Center for Community Engagement, this training is offering as part of a series of free workshops with the aim to provide attendees with the information, skills and resources needed to help support them in acting in resistance to hate and bias.

NCVLI's annual Crime Victim Law Conference, now in its 17th year, continues to be the only national conference focusing on rights enforcement in criminal cases, which is a critical but often overlooked component of holistic victim services.
