NAVRA currently offers two membership levels to fit the needs of its members:  Basic (free) and Enhanced (paid).  Enhanced Memberships are a critical component of NAVRA.  Your support by joining at this levels (1) helps us ensure that membership can remain accessible to all individuals and (2) allow us to maintain and improve resource sharing among attorneys and advocates dedicated to helping crime victims seek access to justice and receive holistic legal services.


Level 1:  Basic Membership (Free)

Basic Membership provides the following benefits:

Level 2:  Enhanced Membership:

  • NCVLI Amicus Briefs & Legal Memoranda Database.  This database contains amicus curiae (friend of the court) briefs authored by NCVLI and its partners -- submitted to state and federal courts nationwide -- and legal memoranda authored by NCVLI on a variety of victims' rights related topics.  All documents in the database are searchable by topic, jurisdiction, and year.
  • Case Summaries Database.  This database contains NCVLI-prepared summaries of select court opinions from across the country.  The case summaries highlight the victims' rights issues at stake and are searchable by topic, jurisdiction, and year.
  • Sample Pleadings Database.  This database contains sample court pleadings that address victims' rights issues or topics of interest to victims' rights attorneys. The samples include pleadings submitted to state and federal courts nationwide as well as templates created by NCVLI; and they are searchable by topic, jurisdiction, and year.  
  • Discounts to Online Trainings.  Enhanced Members receive a 33% discount on all online Live and On Demand CLE trainings available through NAVRA.  
  • Discounted Tuition for NCVLI’s Annual Crime Victim Law Conference.  Members qualify for discounted tuition ($50 off) to attend NCVLI’s annual 2-day Crime Victim Law Conference.
