ABA Standards of Practice for Lawyers Representing Victims of DV, SA and Stalking

This training will cover standards of practice that enable attorneys to effectively represent victims in civil protection order cases and raise awareness of how critical effective representation is in securing a long-term reduction in domestic violence.
