Russell Butler, J.D. Biography

Russell P. Butler is a Maryland and Federal Crime Victims' Attorney, Law Professor, and National Victim Advocacy Consultant.  He is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Baltimore Law School teaching “The Rights of Crime Victims” seminar.  Mr. Russell has litigated for crime victims in the Maryland and District of Columbia trial and appellate courts; the U.S. District Courts in Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, Nebraska, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia; and the Third, Fourth, Sixth, and Tenth Circuits of the United States Court of Appeals.
