Access to Justice: Select Legal Issues Facing Victims with Impaired Mental Health, Cognitive Challenges or Physical Disabilities

The panel, consisting of victims’ rights attorneys and mental health professionals, will draw on its experience to provide practical tips on to develop meaningful representational relationships with these clients and advocate for their rights in administrative, civil or criminal proceedings.
