Keeley Frank

Keeley Frank is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker, and the Elder Abuse Program Specialist for the National Center for Victims of Crime. She provides education and training to Victim Assistance Specialists on the VictimConnect national helpline as well as programmatic support within the National Center on all things related to elder abuse and elder justice. She has presented at national conferences across the country on a variety of topics related to elder abuse including trauma, historical trauma, and working on hotlines. She has partnered with the Elder Justice Initiative at the Department of Justice to co-present three webinars on elder abuse and has written an article on Stalking and Older Adults for the Domestic Violence Report. For the last five years she has advocated for the rights of older crime victims within the criminal justice system in both direct-services and on national level projects.
