Description: This presentation provides an overview of crime victims' rights, identifies the most common stages in a criminal case where victims' rights are at risk, and discusses how attorneys and advocates can help assert and seek enforcement of those rights.

MCLE Accreditation:  The Oregon State Bar has approved this program for 1.0 general MCLE credit (#4134*69.)  This program is approved for 1.0 general MCLE credit with the State Bar of California; NCVLI is an approved CA multiple activity provider.  The training may be eligible for MCLE credit in other states; a certificate of attendance will be available after the program.
